Michael Hesser founded The Praxi Group in 2003 after
nearly 20 years in primary research, including leadership positions
with national vendors, advertising agencies and Fortune 500 client
side firms. He has designed and managed research projects across
a diverse set of methodologies, including complex quantitative
techniques and also personally moderating more than 500 focus groups.
Key industries supported by The Praxi Group include healthcare,
restaurants, consumer package goods, retail services, outdoor recreation,
financial services and telecommunications.
The Praxi Group has two critical goals for the company and for
our relationships with clients: 1) to create a proven reputation

Which goal do we spend the most time and effort on? Well, to be
