Michael Hesser – President

Michael Hesser has been a primary, custom marketing research consultant in support of a variety of industries for more than 20 years. Mike’s past positions have included research leadership with several consulting firms, a regional telephone company and an international advertising agency. He has designed and led research projects in support of a diverse set of initiatives, including new product development, customer loyalty, brand identity and advertising testing.

Mike has been a recognized speaker at national conferences, and has also authored several articles published in the national media on the subjects of directory exchange, wireless technology and local commerce. Mike’s responsibilities with The Praxi Group never take him far away from the consumer, however, and include moderating more than 100 focus groups each year.

Susan Stickling – Vice President

Susan has over 15 years of primary market research experience. Prior to joining The Praxi Group, she was an Account Executive for a research firm specializing in the telecom and high-tech industries. While in this position, she designed, managed, and analyzed many strategic studies both domestically and internationally. She has experience in business-to-business as well as consumer research using numerous methodologies (both quantitative and qualitative). She started her career in market research at Market Facts (now Synovate) where she managed projects for a variety of industries including liquor, beverage, and retail.
